Pre-Tryout Sk8s

Pre-Tryout & Conditioning Sk8s are high-intensity, on-ice workouts designed to get players in peak form ahead of fall tryouts. Formerly known as “Tier One Ice,” this training is for players who are looking to elevate their performance in order to separate themselves from the pack.

Who Can Attend

Open to all ages and skill levels. Players will be grouped appropriately based on age and ability to ensure a productive and challenging experience for everyone.

Coaching Staff

Led by Yuro Sk8 Systems’ experienced team of coaches with junior, college, and pro backgrounds. Each session delivers detailed instruction with a focus on development, intensity, and preparation for fall tryouts.

  • Game speed stick handling, passing, and battle drills
  • Game situation and scenario recognition
